Press Release Change on the Supervisory Board of POLIS Immobilien AG – Carl-Matthias von der Recke resigns as Chairman of the Supervisory Board – Klaus R. Müller to become his successor Berlin, 8 January 2016 – Carl-Matthias von der Recke will resign from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of POLIS Immobilien AG, Berlin, with effect from 9 January 2016 and leave the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board and the Board of Management have expressed their thanks and their respect for Mr von der Recke’s long-standing and successful work for the company. Mr von der Recke had been elected to the Supervisory Board and to the position of Chairman on 21 January 2007 prior to the IPO of POLIS Immobilien AG. Lawyer Klaus R. Müller, Managing Director of majority shareholder Mann Unternehmensbeteiligungen Holding GmbH & Co. KG, has been elected the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr Müller has sat on the Supervisory Board since 6 July 2006 and served as its Vice Chairman since 4 July 2008. POLIS Immobilien AG, which was founded in Berlin in 1998, is a listed real estate company that buys, refurbishes/revitalises, and manages office properties for its own portfolio. The company focuses on one market segment: office properties in inner-city locations at the most important German office centres. The company acquires both fully leased properties with modern facilities, which generate a secure cash flow, as well as properties that are vacant or require modernisation, and which offer specific value appreciation potential. The company pursues a moderate buy-and-sell strategy. As of 30 June 2015, POLIS Immobilien’s real estate portfolio comprised a total of 23 properties with a market value of around EUR 323 million.
