Frankfurt Stock Exchange decides on delisting
SMARTRAC N.V. / Key word(s): Delisting Frankfurt Stock Exchange decides on delisting Amsterdam, November 30, 2012 – SMARTRAC N.V. (ticker symbol SM7) announced today that the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has decided on its request for a delisting of the company's shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard). On the company's request, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has revoked the listing of the ordinary bearer shares, ISIN NL0000186633, on the regulated market. The revocation will become effective at the end of day on 28 May 2013.
