SECANDA AG (until July 2022 InterCard AG Informationssysteme) and its subsidiaries specialize in the development and marketing of ID systems for closed organizations. Within the respective community, identification and payment are possible via chip card at the terminal or with the smartphone. Rights and credit management are handled centrally. This allows users to move freely with just one login in all existing and future applications such as access control and access to the computer network; in connected areas such as the canteen or print management, they can settle accounts or make payments. The ID systems of SECANDA are used by around 1.6 million students at more than 200 universities, colleges and student unions in Germany and Switzerland.
