Originally founded in 2001, Redcare Pharmacy (formerly known as Shop Apotheke Europe) today is the leading e-pharmacy in Europe, currently active in seven countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Management
Olaf Heinrich, CEO
Olaf Heinrich has been CEO of Redcare Pharmacy since 1 August 2023. Born in Hamburg, Olaf worked for the online pharmacy DocMorris from 2008 until 2020, initially as a member of the Management Board. Just under a year later, he became CEO. As a team player with years of experience working at board level in a listed company, he has a deep understanding of the digitalisation of the healthcare systems.
Jasper Eenhorst, CFO
Jasper Eenhorst is the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He joined the company in February 2020 from leading food retailer Ahold Delhaize where he most recently served as CFO for the rapidly growing e-commerce unit of top Dutch supermarket chain Albert Heijn B.V. He studied Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Theresa Holler, COO
Theresa Holler is Redcare Pharmacy’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) as well as its responsible pharmacist. She studied pharmaceutics in Mainz, Germany and also earned a Master of Science degree in Consumer Healthcare from Berlin’s Charité.
Dirk Brüse, CCO
Dirk Brüse, with Redcare Pharmacy since 2017, previously served as Executive Director, overseeing DACH/Italy Country Management, Marketing and Retail Media. In April 2024 he became member of the Board as Chief Commercial Officer . With expertise in e-commerce, brand & digital marketing and social media, he has been instrumental in Redcare’s digitalisation. Prior roles include senior positions at Vodafone and Digital Director & Chief Digital Officer at L’Oréal.
Lode Fastré, CIO
Lode Fastré, serving as Chief Information Officer, brings over fifteen years of expertise in the online pharmacy sector. Beginning as an ICT-manager, he founded Farmaline, later acquired by Redcare Pharmacy. Since joining in 2016, Lode Fastré has played a pivotal role in international expansion and technology initiatives. With his entrepreneurial background and deep understanding of Redcare Pharmacy’s IT landscape, he stands as a driving force for innovation within the organisation.
