Yves Padrines has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Nemetschek Group as of March 1, 2022. In addition to leading the overall group, he is also directly responsible for the fast-growing Media & Entertainment (M&E) Division and Nemetschek Venture Investments business units and oversees merger and acquisition activities.

Prior to joining Nemetschek Group as CEO, Yves Padrines was Chief Executive Officer of Synamedia, a carve out from Cisco owned by Permira and Comcast/Sky, where he successfully established and transformed the world’s largest independent video software provider for Pay-TV, telco, media and OTT players. Before that, Padrines was Cisco’s Vice President of Global Service Provider for EMEA and within that function responsible for the full suite of Cisco products and services. Padrines joined Cisco as part of the sale of NDS where he had served in a range of senior executive and general management roles. His early career was formed at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Vivendi as well as with the launch of a music online platform in the US backed by Creative Labs.

Louise Öfverström was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from January 1, 2023. In this role, she is responsible for the Group’s financial processes and will continue to optimize them, expand synergies and be responsible for IT and Legal Affair, among other things.

Louise Öfverström brings more than 20 years of experience from leadership roles in the fields of finance and controlling, accounting, risk management, business excellence, and business transformation to the Nemetschek Group. Most recently, she was CFO at Rolls- Royce Power Systems AG. Prior to that, Öfverström held leading financial positions at thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG, Clariant International Ltd. and in the Linde AG. From 2007 to 2014 she held various international leadership roles in finance in the MAN SE, including CFO of MAN Finance International GmbH. Öfverström studied business administration at Lund University in Sweden and in Freiburg, Germany, and began her career as a consultant for KPMG in Munich in 1999.
