Stephan Schulz-Gohritz completed his Master of Business Administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and worked for several years as a management consultant at Arthur D. Little International.


Before joining Mister Spex, he had already gained two decades of experience as a board member in listed companies and has a long track record in strategic corporate development.


After Stephan Schulz-Gohritz was CFO of the pigment division ECKART GmbH at ALTANA AG, he was Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer of PAUL HARTMANN AG from 2009 to 2019 and at the same time Chief Retail Officer responsible for the development of the consumer goods businesses (KNEIPP and CMC). Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer at BIOTRONIK SE & Co. KG, a European market leader for cardiac rhythm therapy and vascular intervention. As CFO of Mister Spex, he has been responsible for all financial functions of the company, including M&A, since January 1, 2024. Since August 1, 2024, he has held sole responsibility as the Chairman of the Management Board of Mister Spex.
