Andrea Behrendt, born in 1981, is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at LOTTO24 AG and responsible for Finance and Investor Relations. Prior to this, she had already been responsible for the business management of all organizational units of LOTTO24 AG and its parent company ZEAL Network as VP Group Controlling since 2018. Overall, she has already held various positions in the finance department of the ZEAL Group since 2012.

With a degree in business administration, her professional focus is on looking after and safeguarding all financial matters at LOTTO24 AG, as well as on financial management and financial reporting. In addition, she is responsible for the counseling and acquisition of investors.

Prior to her career at ZEAL, Andrea Behrendt held various management positions in controlling at well-known groups such as VTG and the Hofmeister Group.

Carsten Muth, born on 4 August 1975 has been member of the Executive Board of LOTTO24 AG since 1 December 2019 with responsibility for Legal Affairs and Regulation, Compliance and Human Resources. Carsten Muth has 15 years of experience as a lawyer in the e-commerce sector, nine of them in the online lottery business. As an in-house counsel, he has been responsible for the legal area of Lotto24 AG since 2010, in particular gaming and e-commerce law, compliance, risk management and corporate housekeeping. As part of the takeover by ZEAL Network SE, the 44-year-old played a major role in the integration of Lotto24 AG into the ZEAL Group. Carsten Muth was previously a legal advisor and data protection officer at AOL Deutschland Medien GmbH. He studied law with a focus on European, telecommunications, data protection and commercial law in Frankfurt and Paris.
