As a multi-disciplinary real estate company, the InCity Immobilien AG (hereafter InCity AG) is dedicated to creating and increasing the value of real estate and operates in the fields of asset management and project development.
For the property portfolio, the InCity AG focus on the real estate markets of the two major cities Berlin and Frankfurt am Main and pursue a sustainable investment strategy. The decisive factors here are location, property quality and long-term value stability. Accordingly, the property portfolio consists of high quality core properties with value stability in Berlin as well as properties in locations in Frankfurt that are attractive in the long term which range in value between EUR 5 m and EUR 50 m. In addition, the InCity AG assumes comprehensive and individually developed asset management to third parties contracts.
In addition, InCity AG participates in regional and commercial real estate projects in selected German metropolitan regions as part of partnership models with regional project developers and significantly strengthened its Project Development business area in July 2021 by taking on the contract for a new office property to be built in the immediate vicinity of Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER) as general contractor and adding its own project development activities.
