Management
Dr Christoph Husmann is Spokesman of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Encavis AG in Hamburg.
Dr. Christoph Husmann studied business administration at the University of Münster and the Central University of Iowa in Pella/Iowa. After successfully completing his doctorate at the Ruhr-University in Bochum, Dr. Husmann joined the Düsseldorf-based VEBA AG, where he held various positions within the controlling department.
In 1999 he became Head of the Planning/Systems devision of the Controlling Department of Stinnes AG, where he was later promoted to Head of the Controlling Department.
After joining HOCHTIEF AG in 2005 as Head of the Controlling Department, Dr. Husmann was appointed Member of the Management Board (CFO) of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung GmbH, of which he later became chairman before he joined Capital Stage AG in November 2014.
Mr Mario Schirru is Chief Investment Officer and
Chief Operating Officer of Encavis AG in Hamburg
Mario Schirru, born in Rome (Italy), studied mechanical engineering and control engineering at the Università di Pisa (Italy) and completed his MBA at the Mannheim Business School (MBA).
In 2008 Mario Schirru started his career in the field of Renewable Energies as Country Manager of the wind farm project developer GEO GmbH (Germany) and built up their Italian branch (Rome/Italy) for the development of new wind farms.
At the end of 2013, Mario Schirru moved to Capital Stage AG, now Encavis AG, as an Investment Manager. In 2015 he held the position of Investment Director, and in 2019 he took over the Management of Operations and IT at Encavis AG. Mario Schirru has been Chief Operating Officer since 2021.
