Management
Alfred Geißler (65) has been on the Management Board of DMG MORI AG since May 25, 2023. His focus is particularly on the areas of product design, development and purchasing. The graduated engineer has been with the current DMG MORI Group since 1983. Since 2005, he has been, among other things, Managing Director of DECKEL MAHO Pfronten GmbH, the largest development and production site in Europe.
Hirotake Kobayashi (69) has been a member of the Executive Board since 1 January 2024. He is responsible for Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Taxes, Risk Management and Compliance. Hirotake Kobayashi joined the DMG MORI group in 2015 and has been Executive Vice President and Director in charge of Accounting, Finance and Sales at the Board of Directors of DMG MORI COMPANY LIMITED since 2016.
Michael Horn (52) has been member of the Executive Board since 15th May 2018. Previously he was Member of the Board at Körber AG in Hamburg, Germany, and Managing Director of several international mechanical engineering companies. At DMG MORI AG, Michael Horn is responsible for the divisions production, logistics, quality and information technologies.
