Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG (DGA) and its five subsidiaries auction properties from all over Germany at public auctions on behalf of their voluntary real estate sellers. Today, the DGA Group is the market leader for private auctions of real estate in Germany. As the largest real estate auction company in Germany, we auction all types of real estate on behalf of private, commercial and public owners in accordance with the regulations of the Trade and Auction Ordinance. The DGA does not carry out compulsory auctions. In addition, auctions of real estate also differ from bidding procedures. The auctions are carried out by our publicly appointed and sworn property auctioneers according to § 34b Abs.5 Gewerbeordnung.
