SupplyOn achieves further success with its collaboration platform Ten percent increase in turnover thanks to additional consultancy services and greater global use of the platform Hallbergmoos, 10 March 2014 – SupplyOn AG, provider of the supply chain collaboration platform of numerous global industrial companies, has once again recorded a successful business year, with turnover increasing by ten percent to EUR34 million. One reason for this success is the expansion of its consulting services: “Our customers are increasingly using SupplyOn solutions as part of their global supply chain strategy. When providing our consultancy services, we aim to improve the collaboration between everyone involved in the supply chain – at all levels. Our cross-company approach allows us to work with our customers and reveal ways of improving performance while reducing costs within the supply chain,” said Markus Quicken, Chairman of SupplyOn AG. The significant increase in the global use of SupplyOn has also contributed to this growth. Key areas in the previous year were the European aerospace industry as well as China, a region on which the company is focusing. To safeguard the company’s future growth, SupplyOn invested around EUR11 million in the further development of its solutions in 2013. These include an innovative transport and container management solution that reduces logistics costs considerably. This year, SupplyOn is planning to invest around EUR13 million.
