Venatus Interactive PLC / Key word(s): Miscellaneous 30.11.2011 / 10:47 --------------------------------------------------------------------- London, Wednesday November 30, 2011 - Passoker, a 20 % subsidiary of Venatus Interactive plc, has signed a partnership agreement with online gaming platform provider OpenBet, allowing the company's real-time-in-play betting product to be made available to all of OpenBet's betting and gaming customers. Passoker said that its product has now been successfully integrated with OpenBet's Remote Gaming Interface (RGI). Passoker allows operators to boost their in-play offering with Passoker's incident-based, non-skill games which provide numerous opportunities to bet on virtually every sport and during a range of television programs. 'Integration to OpenBet is a vital development for Passoker', said Passoker CEO Stuart Carr. 'They are the leading e-gaming platform provider, so this partnership presents us with a huge opportunity to increase the supply of the Passoker product to operators around the world.' Max Francis, OpenBet's commercial partner manager added. 'With Passoker's strong sporting connections and innovative gaming product, we are confident it will appeal to our customers and boost their in-play ordering.'
