Small capital increase realized by Berliner Synchron AG; Strengthening of operations
Berliner Synchron AG / Key word(s): Capital Increase/Miscellaneous Berlin, 20th December, 2013 Berliner Synchron AG has realized a small capital increase and thus increased the nominal capital of the company by 116.840 EUR from 1.692.596 EUR to 1.809.436 EUR. The placement was carried out under exclusion of subscripton rights to a number of institutional investors and has already been completed. The additional funds shall benefit operations. A number of restructuring measures were executed during the business year 2013. As an example the break-even point was reduced compared to previous years which resulted in a gain of flexibility for the company. The main goal for the Executive Board in 2014 now is to achieve sustainable profitability for the company.
