DGAP-News: Matica Technologies AG / Key word(s): Change of Personnel Corporate News Ingo Middelmenne joins Matica Technologies AG as new Head of Investor Relations – After successful reorganization more weight on comprehensive and transparent communication – Focus on increased contact to investors on national and international scale – Potential switch of stock market segment within 12-18 months MUNICH, November 10, 2015 – Matica Technologies AG (ISIN: DE000A0JELZ5), a worldwide leading vendor for financial and secure ID card solutions, will increasingly emphasize on its capital markets communication in the future. Since the company has been undergoing an extensive structural reorganization, to form the basis for accelerated international growth, the introduction of Ingo Middelmenne on the newly created position of Head of Investor Relations shall now also lay the foundation for an integrated and sustainable corporate communication. Following his university degree, Ingo Middelmenne started his career in the investment banking division of British bank HSBC as Equity Research Analyst and later as Equity Sales Manager. After senior positions in investor relations for two index companies, he founded Middelmenne & Cie. in 2007, a consultancy firm, based in Munich, specializing in interim management for investor relations and capital market transactions. Here he built and realigned IR departments for numerous small, mid and large cap companies and accompanied IPOs and bond placements in the amount of multiple billion Euros. “In the past months we have fundamentally improved the structures of Matica again to prepare the group for its future growth”, Sandro Camillieri, CEO of Matica Technologies AG, comments on the personnel decision. “Now it is key to communicate on this very promising path as transparent as possible. With Mr. Middelmenne as experienced Manger on board, we will adequately reposition our company in the capital markets in the 12 to 18 months ahead and noticeably increase our number of investor contacts.” Besides an improved perception in the capital markets, the increased investor relations activities are also aimed at a potential switch into a stock market segment with higher transparency standards. “The current valuation of Matica Technologies AG is significantly below the average valuation of its peers. Thus from now on we will communicate more regularly and transparent than it is common in the Entry Standard. In doing so we want to intensify the contact to our existing investors as well as continuously convince new investors of the company’s quality”, Middelmenne explains the IR strategy of the upcoming months.
