IBS AG excellence, collaboration, manufacturing / Key word(s): Miscellaneous IBS AG excellence, collaboration, manufacturing: Changeover from Prime Standard to General Standard now Implemented Hoehr-Grenzhausen, 27th September 2013: As of today’s date, IBS AG shares are listed on the Regulated Market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt stock exchange. The listing of IBS AG Shares on the subsegment of the Regulated Market with further disclosure obligations (Prime Standard) was revoked at the request of the IBS AG Board of Management and Supervisory Board. The application for revocation was announced on the homepage of the Deutsche Börse AG on 26th June 2013 and came into effect at midnight on 26th September 2013. The admission to stock exchange trading on the Regulated Market (General Standard) remains unaffected. The IBS AG Board of Management deems the General Standard market segment to be optimally suited to the corporate structures of IBS AG and the move will reduce the volume of costs and efforts incurred in connection with the Prime Standard.
