Greenworld Wind Power Enters into Cooperation Agreement with Cornland International for Carbon Credit Program in Tanzania

Ltd. (Greenworld): Deutsche Börse symbol: GWDA (www.greenworldpower.ca), has entered into an operating agreement with Cornland International AB, a Swedish-based corporation that is an experienced consulting firm working in the area of validating Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) in line with the Kyoto Protocol. Under the terms of the agreement, the two parties shall work together on behalf of entities looking to sell carbon credits under the terms of the Kyoto Protocol’s Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). Greenworld will finance the cost of validating such programs on behalf of proponent entities, while Cornland will conduct the actual validation services. In return, Greenworld will be entitled to share in the revenue generated from the sale of carbon credits to third parties. The Companies are currently looking at projects in Tanzania and Kenya. In other Company news, a copy of the signed Certificate of Registration from the Department of Energy for the PhilCarbon Wind Energy project in Bulalacao, has been received and will be posted online at the Company’s website.
