On March 25, 2013, Armin Schulz stood down from his position on the Management Board with immediate effect due to personal reasons. The Supervisory Board thanks Armin Schulz for his constructive contribution and wishes him every conceivable success for the future. Dr. Markus Dubon, who has acted as a consultant responsible for business development since the end of 2012, has been appointed by the Supervisory Board to the Management Board as of 1.6.2013. There, he will be responsible for the marketing, business development, logistics and IT divisions. Dr. Markus Dubon can draw on more than 20 years of experience working in the stationary and online specialist electronics retail sector.
