PRESS RELEASE
FP IAB and PROMOS consult forge alliance and deliver a new solution for the housing industry
FP IAB Communications GmbH and PROMOS consult GmbH offer integrated solutions for real estate companies to improve tenant communication.
Berlin, June 9, 2020 – The new package offered by the two experts optimises mail handling in the housing industry both digitally and physically. FP IAB Communications GmbH, a subsidiary of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG (FP) and market leader in the field of mail handling hybrid solutions, is working together with PROMOS consult Projektmanagement, Organisation und Service GmbH, the software specialist for the housing, construction and real estate industry.
Housing companies often cannot do without the classic letter delivery for their tenant communication: contracts, master data changes or statements are still sent physically despite email and online services, and this means high expenditures for them in terms of structural organisation and personnel.
In order to improve these processes, PROMOS consult offers easysquare Input & Output Management, an intelligent software solution for the digitalisation of postal processes, while the partner IAB Communications, converts physical paper letters into digital copies by scanning correspondence and then automatically assigning it to the responsible employees for further processing.
“Together with PROMOS consult, IAB is perfecting the overall process of customer communication,” says Michael Steinberg, Managing Director of IAB Communications GmbH, “for the purposes of the real estate industry, the easysquare software fits perfectly with our hybrid offerings. This enables us to make perfect use of the great savings potential in the processing of data from incoming mail or mail preparation in the housing industry.”
Future-proof through better technologies
The mass scanning of letters and conversion into digital formats is still in great demand. This can be extended with intelligent messenger solutions that can be integrated into new workflow systems in a tailor-made manner. Together with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), this results in effective communication solutions which, above all, significantly simplify the work of the responsible employees and save costs at the same time.
Thoralf Beyer, Chief Sales Officer of PROMOS consult, about the benefits: “The demand for digital processes has increased massively. It was therefore a logical conclusion to offer a solution for the high expenditure of the daily mail handling of our customers. The easysquare Input & Output Management optimises the entire mail handling process. We are pleased to have the German market leader for digital postal communication as a partner at our side for the implementation.”
This package provides customers in the housing industry with integrated mail management, and the progress made in the digital transformation of all processes can be carried out simultaneously at a pace that suits the respective customer requirements.
