Tobias Wann (born 1972 in Hanover) is married and has a daughter. He studied business administration at the Mannheim University of Cooperative Education and economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke (including a period at UCLA, Los Angeles). During his studies, he started his own business in the field of IT security and later sold the company to the US group VeriSign. After 10 years in IT security, Tobias moved into the online travel industry for many years – first as General Manager of the US company HomeAway (now part of Expedia) and then as CEO of the Dutch @Leisure Group. After a brief stint in the fintech segment as CEO of Munich-based Xempus AG, Tobias has been CEO of tonies since January 2024.

Dr. Jan Middelhoff was born in Dusseldorf in 1983, is married and father of a daughter. He holds a triple diploma from ESCP Europe and a PhD from RWTH Aachen University. In his previous role, he advised clients in the consumer goods and retail sectors at McKinsey & Company. Jan joined tonies as Chief of Staff in May 2020 and held several positions in the company, including Managing Director International Markets and Interim CFO. In May 2023, Jan was appointed CFO, leading the Finance and Legal as well as Strategy and Corporate Communications teams.
