He initially held the position of Chief Business Transformation Officer (CBTO) before being appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) in July 2018. Additionally he is a member of the senior management team at Tele Columbus AG. In this role, the business information and MBA graduate is responsible for customer operations, quality management, IT and the digital transformation of all operational processes within the Company.
Richard Fahringer is Managing Director of HL komm (a 100% subsidiary of Tele Columbus AG) in Leipzig since 1 January 2016. He is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal. Besides his role as Managing Director of HL komm he is also responsible for all B2B activities of Tele Columbus AG and a member of its senior management team.
