Albrecht Hornbach has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HORNBACH Management AG since 2015 and is appointed to this position until October 31, 2026. In addition to his activity as CEO, he is also Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG and HORNBACH Immobilien AG. Albrecht Hornbach holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Karlsruhe.

Karin Dohm has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and, as such, responsible for finance at HORNBACH Management AG since 2021. She is appointed to this position until December 31, 2028. Before joining HORNBACH, she held various positions at Deutsche Bank, most recently as Global Program Director. Karin Dohm is a member of the Supervisory Boards at Ceconomy AG, Danfoss A/S and HORNBACH Immobilien AG. She is a graduate in economics and also a qualified tax advisor and auditor.

Erich Harsch has been a member of the Management Board of HORNBACH Management AG since June 1, 2023 – in addition to his role as CEO of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG. He has been appointed to these positions until May 31, 2028. Before joining the Board of Management of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG in 2020, Erich Harsch was CEO of dm-drogerie markt GmbH & Co. KG and a member of the Supervisory Boards at the HORNBACH Group.
