Management
After graduating from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management with a degree in Business Administration, Marc worked at the private equity firm Cinven as a principal and for Boston Consulting Group as a consultant. He later set up the furniture brand Fashion for Home. Following the sale to home24, Marc was appointed to the Management Board of home24 as Co-CEO where he has been instrumental in the expansion of the platform’s growth and sustainability. In 2020, Marc became the sole Chairman of the Management Board of the now home24 SE.
Philipp graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster in 2008. Following five years of work as a consultant for KPMG and Horváth & Partners in the areas of Controlling, Finance and Risk Management, Philipp joined home24 in 2013. Since then, he has proven himself in various financial and managerial positions, including SVP Finance and Head of Investor Relations. Since 2021, Philipp is CFO and member of the Management Board of the home24 SE.
Florian graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering from TU Berlin in 2014. During his studies, he gained significant IT experience in various companies, including Loewe AG, as a product or engineering manager. The company he founded parallel to his studies focused on IT and electronics solutions. After finishing university, Florian joined home24 in 2014, where he started as a product manager for the webshop and later played a key role in expanding and developing the shopping experience department. Florian has been Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since April 2021.
Sascha completed his diploma in business administration at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management with a degree in Business Administration and went on to earn his doctorate at Emory University – Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, Georgia. Alongside his position as Assistant Professor at Illinois Wesleyan University, he was Head of US Operations for Fashion For Home from 2010 to 2013, where he took over as Head of Marketing after returning to Germany. Sascha has held this management position throughout the merger of Fashion For Home with home24 and has been Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) since April 2021.
