that Navigator Equity Solutions SE, Waalre, The Netherlands has exceeded on
March 21, 2013 the 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on Catalis
SE, Eindhoven, The Netherlands and on that day amounted to 22.24% (this
corresponds to 1732968 Voting Rights). 12.83% of the voting rights
(representing 1,000,000 voting rights) are allocated to Navigator Equity
Solutions SE according to Chapter 5:45 No. 6 of the Dutch Financial
Supervision Act.
