Due to the successful concluded final fiscal year, PC Ware AG has updated its
financial objectives for the current fiscal year 2002/2003.
For the ongoing financial year PC-Ware anticipates a further positive
progression. Besides internal growth, which is also ensured by a complete
software management system, based on a PC-Ware-own electronic licensing
technology, the new Swiss subsidiary BISON Systems AG should become an
additional motor for growth. PC-Ware assumes a transaction volume increase of
26 % to 450 millions euro, while the EBITDA shall grow super proportional.
