The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– * SoftM AG acquires a large order from Zentrale Handelsgesellschaft ZHG mbH * Order volume: Software and Consultancy: Euro 1.5 million; Hardware: Euro 0.8 million Zentrale Handelsgesellschaft ZHG mbH, based in Offenburg, a company of the Markant Group, introduces “SoftM Suite”, SoftM s ERP standard software designed for processing business-critical operations. The volume of the contract amounts to Euro 2.3 million. The total integration of the modules purchase, sales, logistics and cost accounting in one single system was the main reason in favour of SoftM Suite, the new product generation of SoftM Software und Beratung AG, Munich. The open system architecture of SoftM Suite was also responsible for the decision in favour of SoftM. With SoftM Suite different front-ends – host dialogues, Windows-Clients and browser based user interfaces – can be used at the same time. All front-ends are using the same data and programs, which are server- based. Depending on the application or user the best user interface can be chosen. Half of the 280 users at ZHG/Markant will be working with host dialogues, the others with Windows-Clients. Internet-front-ends can be installed with e-business applications in the future.
