Netlife about to finalize large contract with Signal Iduna Venture Capital GmbH
(SIVC)
.Letter of intent for the development of a transaction platform for banking
services
.Result of strategic cooperation between majority shareholder and Board of
Management
Netlife AG, Hamburg, leading provider of multi-channel distribution channels for
banks and financial services providers, is about to finalize yet another
significant large contract. The company has signed a letter of intent with SIVC,
a member company of Signal Iduna, for the development of a transaction platform
for banking services on the Internet. SIVC is responsible for the information-
technological and organizational preparation of e-banking.
According to the letter of intent, Netlife will become the general contractor
for the development and implementation of this e-banking platform. Current plans
call for the use of the platform of the Conrad Hinrich Donner Bank AG. Netlife
has already developed and implemented complex, powerful solutions for banking
and securities trading for saving banks and the Postbank.
The cooperation with SICV is the result of a strategic reorientation of Netlife
which has been implemented in close cooperation between the Board of Management
and the new majority shareholder, Hans-Werner Maas.
