TAG holds a portfolio of residential properties in Germany, located mainly in the region of Hamburg, the greater Berlin area, the region Salzgitter, and the German states of Thuringia, Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. TAG’s operations are focused on the management and development of residential properties, and on increasing the value of its portfolio through active asset management.
Since year end of 2019 TAG is also invested in the polish real estate market. In line with its business model in Germany, TAG’s future business activities there will also focus on the long-term letting of apartments. In the medium term, i.e. the next 3 to 5 years, the company plans to construct or acquire 20,000 apartments.
TAG business proposition is to increase the company’s goodwill by effectively expanding its residential real-estate portfolio and increasing its value, and to ensure the profitability of its inventory, thereby offering investors an attractive asset class.

Since 1 July 2012, Claudia Hoyer has been Chief Operational Officer and since October 2023 Co-CEO of TAG Immobilien AG and is responsible for the areas of Human Resources, Real Estate Management, Acquisitions and Sales, Strategic Property Management/Marketing, Shared Service Centre, Customer Relationship Management, Facility Management services, Trades services, Central Purchasing, Change Management, Business Apartments, Energy residential services, Multimedia for the properties, Business Development, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), and Digitalisation. Previously, Ms Hoyer had been active for over ten years in various real estate-focused functions, with both Deutschen Kreditbank AG and DKB Immobilien AG. She degreed in economic science and is real estate economist (EBS).

TAG Chief Financial Officer (term of mandate: 03/31/2029)
Martin Thiel has been the Chief Financial Officer and since October 2023 Co-CEO of TAG Immobilien AG since 1 April 2014. Through his more than fifteen years as an auditor and tax adviser Mr Thiel is responsible for the areas of Group Accounting, Financing and Treasury, Taxes, Controlling, Legal, Judical Rent Collection, IT, Compliance, Internal Audit and Residential Real Estate Management, Investor and Public Relations and ERP/Data Management. Following the completion of his studies in business in Regensburg, Mr Thiel passed the American CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam in Chicago, as well as a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) exam in the area of company valuation.
