Tobias Hartmann has more than two decades of international management experience in launching, developing and growing consumer product and platform solutions businesses. He has worked for both privately held and publicly listed companies in Europe and the USA. Hartmann was a member of the executive management board and president US at HelloFresh SE, the world’s leading meal kit company. During his tenure, the company became market leader in the USA in 2018. Previously, Tobias Hartmann was president of US-based Radial Inc., a multinational provider of Omni-Channel eCommerce solutions formerly part of eBay Inc. Born in Augsburg, he was also a member of the executive management team at Loyalty Partner GmbH to launch “Payback”, one of the world’s leading loyalty platforms.

Dr Dirk Schmelzer is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Scout24 Group. In this function he is responsible for Finance, Treasury, Tax, Controlling, Procurement & Facilities and Investor Relations. Dr. Dirk Schmelzer joined Scout24 in June 2019. Previously he was CFO of the NuCom Group, a subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 and Private Equity Investor General Atlantic. For more than six years prior to that, he was CFO of the public listed company Tomorrow Focus AG and its spin-off company HolidayCheck Group AG, which operates the largest German hotel rating portal. Prior to this, he was CFO in the telecommunications industry, namely at Telefónica Deutschland GmbH and HanseNet GmbH. With a doctorate in political economy, he began his professional career in 1997 as a controller, and later in various management positions within the finance sector at the predecessor companies of Telefónica O2 (Germany).

Ralf Weitz has been Chief Product & Technology Officer of the Scout24 Group since January 2023 and is thus responsible for the Group’s product, marketing, tech and data organisation under one roof. Previously, Ralf Weitz was Chief Commercial Officer of the Scout24 Group since December 2018, responsible for all sales activities of the Scout24 marketplaces. He has been with Scout24 for over ten years in various management positions. Since February 2018, he has also been Managing Director of ImmoScout24.
With a degree in economics, he played a key role in building up the Scout24 Consumer Services business segment, which has become an important growth driver for the Group under his leadership. After studying economics in Berlin, Ralf Weitz worked in consulting in an international environment, among other things.
Dr. Gesa Crockford – Chief Commercial Officer

Dr Gesa Crockford has been Chief Commercial Officer of the Scout24 Group since April 2024 and is responsible for the sales organisation, customer service, customer relationship management and pricing. Since April 2022, she has also been Managing Director of Immobilien Scout GmbH. Prior to this, she had held various management positions in the company since 2016, including in the areas of Pricing, Product & Analytics and at the subsidiary FLOWFACT.
With a doctorate in business administration, she can look back on more than 20 years of experience in the design and transformation of business models, pricing and corporate strategy. As managing director of a marketing and strategy consultancy, she worked for ten years in particular for companies in the field of e-commerce and digital business. Before that, she developed pricing strategies, structures and processes for large, globally active companies in the logistics and chemical industries at Simon Kucher & Partners.
